Privacy, plainly.

Effective July 11, 2026

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no trackers or ads. The one place you can send us anything is our contact form, and we use what you send only to reply — we don't store it in a database, profile it, share it, or sell it. There's honestly not much to police here — but here's the whole picture anyway.

What actually happens when you visit

The site is served by Vercel, our hosting provider. Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address transiently in server logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don't use those logs to identify or profile anyone. Fonts and images are served from our own domain — no request leaves this site to a third party just because you loaded a page.

One small flag is saved in your browser's session storage so our intro animation plays once per visit instead of on every page load. It contains no identifier, never leaves your device, and disappears when you close the tab.

If you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name, email, and a note about your project, then sends them straight to our inbox so we can write back — nothing is kept in a database or handed to anyone else. Emailing hyperwebdesignstudio@gmail.com directly does the same thing. We use what you send to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Links to other places

Our portfolio links out to client sites and our social profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices — this policy ends at our front door.

Changes

If the site ever starts collecting anything — say we add analytics one day — this page changes first, before the collection starts.
